Ava’s Lame

My horse decided she had to teach her neighbor a lesson, and kicked at him through the fencing. She now has a nice long cut across the inside of her hock and is lame. 😦

It’s been four days and she’s still lame. The cut isn’t deep. I can’t find any swelling nor heat. Her walk is sound, but she’s definitely lame at the trot.

I’m hoping this resolves itself in a couple of days.

I hate when my girl gets hurt.
